After after seeing a wide variety of fresh peppers available in eastern Canada that provided nearly endless culinary possibilities, I came to find out it was next to impossible to get my hands on anything but the most common varieties in central and western Canada without settling for dried pods or paying unreasonable amounts for shipping. I figured greenhouses are a thing, grow tents are a thing, what's stopping me from solving the problem myself?
